POTENTIAL TENDERS
NRF Expression of Interest (EOI) Form and Guidance
recently received from NRF.
Below is a brief SLP guidance for those considering submitting an
EOI form that has recently been drafted up to ensure that members are aware of
the SLP's emerging priorities and to advise partners that the SLP does not
hold any 'purse strings' and can therefore not guarantee NRF funding.
SLP Board members have been asked to consider the following points when
forwarding the expression of interest forms to partners.
1. There is no indication that funding is available and therefore rely on board members not to raise expectations of partners through encouraging countless applications.
2. If funding does become available the EOI will be prioritised according to the emerging SLP priorities.
3. Where Board members represent a sector (e.g. VCS) the expectation is that they will find an appropriate way of ensuring transparency and opportunity for all parties.
